News

Sorry! These are things that I WON’T do on your wedding day!

In no particular order…

1. I will not dress as if I’m heading to the pub to meet the lads for pints. This is one of the most important days of your life, and as your wedding singer/entertainer, I will be dressed appropriately.

2. I will not take up your time asking for selfies or testimonials. Time is precious and your wedding day can go by in a flash, so I understand you will want to spend as much time as you can with your family and friends. But don’t get me wrong, I’m not camera shy so if you want a selfie or a nice photo of the three of us taken by your professional photographer – just ask 😜

3. I won’t complain! Outdoor Ceremony – I’m there! ✅ Cliff Edge? – Bring it on! 🆗 Cold day – I’ll bring an extra layer! 👍🏻 Little drop of rain – Let’s hold off for 5 or 10 minutes – Simple! 😇 Whatever it is, I’ve every angle covered and I’ll be wherever you need me to be! 🫡

4. I will not be late! On your wedding day, I will be at your wedding ceremony location at least 1 hour before the scheduled start time. I plan my travels meticulously a few days in advance and always give myself extra time for traffic, detours etc. so rest assured you will not be left without your music (no matter how hard the M50 tries!)

And Finally…

5. I will not cut corners. Have you booked the Ceremony & Drinks Reception Package? I’ll be setting up for both of these early in the day. This means no time is wasted moving gear from one location to the next so your guests can enjoy more music at your Drinks Reception. And this even applies to those of you having a Church wedding ceremony (if the hotel is reasonably close by). Find me another wedding singer that does this!!

I also carry extra microphones, stands, leads etc just in case your celebrant/registrar/solemniser or the venue are missing anything 😉 I’m always happy to help.
